BRIDAL GALLERY STORE POLICIES

 

ALL IN STORE SALES ARE FINAL!

Once the garment is taken out of the store, you are accepting it in it's current condition.  MERCHANDISE CANNOT BE RETURNED for any reason.  Bridal Gallery cannot be held liable for any merchandise once it leaves their premises.

Once an order has been placed it becomes the responsibility of the bride to pay any balance that is left unpaid after the ORIGINAL event date due to event/wedding being canceled, postponed or attendant(s) no longer in the wedding, as well as to make sure that all wedding party (bridesmaids, mothers, flower girls, etc.) dresses and accessories are picked up by the ORIGINAL event date.

Any items in our store after the original event date that are left unpaid will be taken to small claims court.  any items still in the store after the original event date that are paid in full will be put back onto the sales floor 180 days after the event date.


PAYMENT & PICKUP OF MERCHANDISE:

Customers may pay for their entire purchase by cash, check, & credit cards accepted by our store.  A 50% deposit is required on all special orders.  Merchandise must be paid in full before wearing dates stated on sales ticket and prior to leaving store.


STORE PROMOTIONS

Bridal Gallery offers a promotional discount of 15% OFF on bridesmaids dresses, flower girl dresses, mothers dresses, and accessories, if deposits are received WITHIN 60 DAYS of bridal gown purchase.

Promotional pricing is SECURED BY DEPOSIT ONLY.  Measurements are not required to secure promotional pricing.

Bridal Gallery offers a tuxedo coupon to receive $40 OFF the suggested retail price of each tuxedo rental.

 

ONLINE PROM SALES


All dresses are store samples and priced to be sold off the rack. All dresses are sold as is, and can be purchased online or over the phone. An out of state purchase is tax exempt but shipping is not included. All sales are final upon purchase.
